7 Jun 2009The technology is here. It has been around for a long time. It is rather simple to do. It is entirely legal (provided we are the sole proprietors of the games in question) and it no longer even demands a Mod chip. All it we need is an Xbox 360 burn software and a series of well elaborated instructions that can be performed by anyone with a console and a computer. But why would someone want to make a copy of their videogames?
Make backup copies of your Xbox, PlayStation, Wii, etc. games today! Click to find out how!
someone who has ever owned a modern console is well aware of just how disposed to surface wear game discs can be. Unlike CD’s along with DVD’s, which have ways to bypass the hit chapter or segment, gaming discs are comprised of such a great level of extremely concentrated data that a single scrape can often wear a lot of data. In addition, because of the mode videogames are made they at any given point require immediate access to all sorts of information stored all over the game discs. A simple scrape, in the wrong place, can significantly alter the gaming experience at best or make the entire disk unplayable at worst. Considering the expensive price of a freshly released Xbox 360 game they are hardly disposable.
An unplayable disk robs us of either the possibility to keep playing, the money it would require to replace it or the benefits of selling it once we are finished with it. By making a backup, we can employ our copy while saving the original discs safely, away from potential wear. This not only guarantees that the software we bought will be around for at worst as long as our console, nevertheless should our copies suffer wear we will be able to simply make new ones and go on playing. We don’t even need to install a Mod chip on top of our system. With an easy Xbox 360 burn software we are able to start protecting our investment immediately.
